An extraordinary general meeting of PhotoCure ASA was held on 24 January 2006, resolving the contemplated Rights Issue (cf. announcement of 10 January 2006). The Subscription Period for the Rights issue is Monday 6 February to and including Monday 20 February. The minutes from the general meeting is attached. 

The shares of PhotoCure are traded exclusive of the subscription rights as of 25 January 2006.
